Jonathan Steier, Principal
Jonathan Steier is the Founder and Principal of JS Realty Co., a boutique commercial real estate brokerage specializing in retail properties across Los Angeles. Jonathan is a trusted Los Angeles commercial real estate advisor with over 25 years of experience helping landlords, tenants, and investors maximize value.
Jonathan began his career at Cypress Retail Group, representing national tenants in North L.A. County. He later held key roles with JH Snyder Company and Combined Properties, two major retail landlords, where he honed his expertise in creative leasing and marketing. Over the course of his career, he has closed hundreds of lease transactions totaling more than $150 million. Jonathan continues to build the investment sales portion of his business and has earning the designation of a certified probate and trust specialist.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jonathan graduated from Windward School and earned his B.S. from American University in Washington, D.C.
He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Certified Probate & Trust Specialist, and active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Provisors.
He lives in Encino with his wife Jessica, two children Kate and Eli, and their two French bulldogs Stella and Marlowe.
