Jonathan Steier

Jonathan Steier has enjoyed a successful commercial real estate career in LA for over 20 years. His extensive work experience as a broker and leasing manager for several shopping center owners eventually led to him to want to start JS Realty Co. Prior to forming JS Realty Co., Jonathan spent seven years with Cypress Retail Group, a boutique retail brokerage firm where he represented tenants such as Chipotle Mexican Grill, Longs Drugs, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Jenny Craig Mattress Discounters and Blockbuster Video. After Cypress, he went to work for some of Los Angeles' most prominent landlords including the JH Snyder company and Combined Properties where he worked to create value through aggressive marketing and creative leasing. Jonathan has completed hundreds of lease transactions with a total value more than $150M dollars. Jonathan prides himself on a strong work ethic and his long-standing relationships with landlord’s, brokers and tenants. A native of Los Angeles, Jonathan graduated high school from Windward school and earned a B.S. from American University in Washington DC. Jonathan is married with two children and currently lives in Studio City.
